I love everything about this Starbucks except the lady named Dani!(at least that’s what her apron says) All I want to do is come in, sit down and drink my coffee in a nice environment which is possible if she isn’t here. If Dani is here get ready for noise! Narrating everything she does to management in a very brown nosey way. Being rude to other workers when they talk to her, «I’m deaf in this ear you have to speak up!». She gets flustered and can’t keep up with the others but acts like she is better than everyone because she’s a brown noser. Oh, you’re cleaning something gross and bragging about being the only one doing it? Thanks for the info while I’m trying to enjoy my food and drink. Watch out management, don’t be fooled. You don’t want this person in a position of power, don’t ever promote her. And while you’re at it, can you tell her to shut her big mouth? Everyone else is a super star though. Good job guys.

Not sure why NAOMI is so sad, but this is a great location. The staff here is always friendly and consistent with their beverages. I love randomly stopping in here day or night and now that they will get it right without screwing up. The inside is always clean and the restrooms stay pretty clean too. This is my favorite Starbucks around.

I think this place is overrated. they have poor service that I have never experienced in other starbucks. definitely, their staffs need to be retrained

Everyone is always wonderful at this Starbucks. In fact, it’s the only one I will visit anymore. The other area ones always take so long to get me my coffee and have my order wrong. And it’s nothing too complicated either. I thoroughly enjoy my experience here and am sure to grab my coffee before I head out of town.

Been here many times before but haven’t in awhile. Staff seemed hurried but there wasn’t a big crowd. Didn’t feel as intimate as some other Starbucks stores staff are. Drink was good as usual

If you’ve ever been to any Starbucks on earth then you know what to expect here. The coffee is consistent and satisfying(except that one bad mocha I got at the Starbucks in LaGuardia, but I don’t like to talk about that…) The great thing about this location is the customer service, especially in the drive-thru. They’re always so friendly it leaves me wondering if the constant smell of coffee and car fumes combine to make some kind of mood enhancer. I don’t branch out much beyond my tall mocha(Ok, fine. Venti.) and the seasonal salted caramel latte, but they’re always good enough to make me want to come back for more.

Great location with comfortable outdoor seating right off the interstate. A recommended stop if traveling I-74. Stop here before you drive into the Indy metro area if you are heading east.

Starbucks is great. I love starbucks. Never had a problem. HOWEVER, I have been ordering the same drink for months, and today was the first day I had a negative comment from one of the baristas.(I usually order a grande café americano with three pumps of sugar-free caramel syrup, three packs of Splenda and double-blended with ice. The drink foams up so much it needs to be out into a venti cup, it’s all the satisfaction of a frappuccino but with only 15 calories rather than 500.) Then Sarah, the barista, rudely asked me if I had ever had a coffee frappé before, to which I said yes, and she was like«well they’re awfully close to being the same thing» YES, I’m AWARE it’s almost the SAMETHING. ITSALSO500CALORIESAND I KNOWWHAT I ORDERED, SARAH.

As all Starbucks this one was as busy as you’d expect and without a lot of seating. The unexpected pleasure here was the service provided by Sara who took my order. While taking my order Sara was welcoming and outgoing and very pleasant to speak to. Afterwards she was helpful and enthusiastic answering my questions. As I was leaving I said to my husband, WOW, every business needs a Sara. You leave with a pleasant experience and Sara makes you feel her best friend. She even double checked my order before picking up. Go for the coffee but hope Sara’s taking your order.

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and this one doesnt stand out except for the drive-thru service. They are fast and very efficient when you are ordering. So if you like your coffee on the go I would suggest this location. Especially if you’re heading out of Brownsburg, the location is right off 267 just before you get on to I-74 so its great for commuters in the morning looking for the caffeine fix.

Guy behind the counter made an off remark when we mentioned we usually don’t like Starbucks whipped cream

So after finishing lunch at White Castle — before I leave — I go up to the counter and ask one of the ladies — «Is there a place around here when I get some espresso?» The lady thinks about it for a few seconds — then tells me «there is one of them fancy coffee shops right before the interstate.» Wondering what I would find — I head back the way I came — lo and behold — it’s a friggin’ Starbucks! I laughed to myself — wondering what response I would have gotten back at White Castle had I asked for Starbucks by name. This one is a little hard to get into — there is only one entrance to the parking lot as far as I could see — and there is a lot of traffic going to the Interstate. This Sbux also has a Drive Thru — which I refuse to use. So I parked and went in. There were three young ladies working behind the counter. I ordered a Dopio Espresso Machiatto — the girl working the register — bless her heart — it was her first day and she had no idea what I had ordered. But the other two girls did not know what my drink was either — the girl who made my drink essentially made me a mini Latte. The cup was filled to the top with milk. Then the other girl came over — we had a discussion about what the drink is supposed to be — and the manager came out to assist. Meanwhile — the register locked up and they had to reboot in order to give me a receipt. The pace of life out here in Brownsburg, IN is much slower than the rat race of Washington, DC — and I was in no hurry. The folks behind the counter were so very friendly and wanted to make the drink right — which they did. They asked me where I was from and where I was going — and offered directions and advice. They laughed at me when I asked if I was going to encounter rush hour traffic heading to Champaign — because there is no rush hour! :-) Lots of interior seating at this Starbucks. If you are ever headed out across the Midwest on I-74 westbound — stop at this Starbucks!
