Great food and generous portions for the price. The staff are always friendly and polite. Classic diner food mostly; their breakfast and taco salad are standout items personally. Definitely a place I come back to again and again.

While in town recently, myself and two coworkers ate lunch here, following a recommendation from someone local. I was pleasantly surprised how many menu options there were to choose from, how much variety there was, and how reasonable the prices were for a place that had waitstaff service. I decided on the philly cheesesteak, and decided to do it as a meal(meaning adding on a drink and either fries or onion rings for only slightly more than just the sandwich alone). My meal came to around $ 7, so I was not expecting a lot. What I received was a 6″ hoagie bun heaped with meat, green peppers, and cheese, and a side of about five or six very large onion rings. The three of us enjoyed our meals. Also, we couldn’t have asked for better service. If I ever find myself back in Brownstown, I’ll be back!

Once a week or two we usually eat at Michie’s. We’ve only had one time that we’ve had to wait for our food for any amount of time, but that’s understandable due to the fact that the«usual cook» is on sick leave. Our family enjoys the Friday night special… a steak of your choice, 2 sides, & garlic bread all for $ 9.99!!! An incredible price for such a DELICIOUS meal! Try to find such a value in Brownstown!!! The young ppl are very kind and efficient as well. :))

Great prices and good food. The breaded tenderloin is one of our favorites. It is huge and well seasoned. All sandwichs come with a side and a drink for only $ 2.25 extra. The triple threat burger comes with 3 patties, 3 cheeses, fried pickles, fried onions and bacon. The meat patties are a little too processed, but they are passable. They also offer chicken, fish, hot dogs and 13 flavors of ice cream.

A town favorite. Nothing fancy but food is good and price is fair. Wide selection and get a good taste of what Brownstown is like. Nice neighborhood feel.
