Loraine Knoch of Darling-​Mouser treated me and my family members with nothing but the utmost respect. She sat down with me, explained every single step, and described every single option they offered. Because of her detailed explanation, I was able to make decisions without difficulty or guilt.
Despite minor miscommunication, Darling-​Mouser provided a respectable memorial service for my father who also got military honors. It was such a lovely service and one that I will cherish for years to come.
My only recommendation is that Darling-​Mouser upgrade its technological equipment.
