Please do not use them for any long distance move!!! We moved from Ohio to Nevada. Our stuff was packed August 24th(which the guys were great) and then loaded on August 25th(the guys were great again. So away our things went… It is now September 17th and we are still waiting for our things. The original driver apparently refused to take our load so they left all of our stuff sitting in a warehouse. We received an email from our salesperson saying that she left us a voicemail but thought she would email us also… Which is a lie we NEVER received a voicemail or phone call. She told us that our things would be late sorry for the inconvenience. We called corporate and it turns out armbrusters knew for a couple days and just didn’t call us. Even corporate said their communication is terrible. Our things are supposed to be here on Saturday. They tried to «comfort» us by saying we will be reimbursed $ 100 a day… Obviously we aren’t going to turn down the reimbursement but we just wanted our stuff! Sandi at mayflower corporate was fantastic and so helpful we loved her! But dealing with Laura at armbrusters was so disappointing. No remorse or anything it was as if she read off of a script. Sandi stayed in contact with us unlike armbrusters. They didn’t call immediately when the driver refused to take our things and they didn’t call when our things were finally picked up. They didn’t call to give us a delivery date or check how everything is going. The move was over $ 10,500!!! And the way we were treated by Armbrusters was beyond disappointing. Be warned!

You are correct, you were in contact with my attorney and we did agree on solution. Thank you for clarifying that; it’s unfortunate it had to come to that. I’m glad that Armbruster recognizes the need to use my feedback moving forward. There certainly are problems. Just to clarify, my recent Unilocal review was for more for the benefit of my fellow Unilocalers than it was a way of reaching out to Armbruster. I reached out to Armbruster long ago. I thought it was very important to share my very unsatisfactory experience with other readers. But thank you for taking the time to reach out to me.
