My 92 year old Great Uncle has been a patron of Keith Field’s for most of his life. He’s legally blind now, and relies on a talking watch to stick to his schedule. Although Field’s had replaced the watch battery in the past, they refused to, without any explanation, the last time my Uncle was in their shop, which left him stranded without any way to tell the time.
Changing digital watch batteries clearly isn’t a profitable service for a jewelry store, but it’s easy to do, and I resent Field’s rude treatment of a senior resident of Brunswick.
Field’s did at least have the decency to call a taxi for my Uncle, and pay for his ride home.

I’ve shopped at Keith Field for gifts for my wife, and they were amazing when I needed a couple of watches repaired.
Last night I was presented with a gift to commemorate the release of my second book and my 25th anniversary in martial arts. What a wonderful surprise to receive a beautiful watch with engraving by Keith Field!
Keith is a master craftsman and his staff does business the old fashioned way; courteous customer service and quality that serves as an example for how it’s supposed to be done!
