I used iCracked because my daughter dropped her phone and shattered her screen. I was put in touch with Paula who was more than friendly and ready to assist. Scheduling was a breeze! She was willing to come to me regardless of my location.
The repair was complete within about 30 mins. Phone worked great after the repair. As a added bonus, the new screen came complete with the added tempered glass which cost 20 – 30 bucks if you buy it separately at a local retailer.
Paula was fast, friendly, and professional. I would not hesitate to call her again if I ever need another repair to one of my iPhones.
