Do not use these people!!! I called them in early June, and the earliest they could clean my windows was July 25th, so we booked it because we have a big family reunion here in early August. They were going to follow up with a quote before they came. I just called them today to confirm the cleaning, and was told I had «fallen through the cracks» and can’t do my windows for 2 weeks. I told them that was unacceptable and unprofessional, and that he should re-​schedule another customer since I had called so long ago. He said he would not do that and could not accommodate me. I told him I would never use them again. Chris told me «well, we have plenty of other customers» and he hung up on me.
