Mold in shower to start with, then grandfather of owner pounding on our door in the morning(despite the ‘do not disturb’ sign), wanting to know if we were checking out later that day… if we weren’t, we are now… never again!

Dirty room and they did not tell us that there would be an extra pet charge even thou I ask them what the price per night would be. Over priced for what you get!!! Will not stay here again!!!

DONOTSTAY! Hotel is practical because it is close to the highway BUT that is all it has going for itself. It is dirty. The breakfast is a joke. The check-in process was laughable: the night manager was clueless. These may not seem important to you now, but you will be adding another one star review to this hotel if you do not heed my cautionary warning.

My family and I stayed in this hotel Sept 11, 2011 from 12:30 a.m.-7:00 a.m. The equipment was broken including roll away bed and ironing board. The breakfast had to be the minimum Choice Hotels allowed. It was nothing like we are accustomed to with the chain. We were in a huge hurry and are not ones to complain. I was not asked at check out how my stay was, but just made a mental note that I would indicate my concerns on the customer service satisfaction survey that would be emailed to me. Later that evening I am reviewing my bank account statement on line only to see that Quality Inn has assessed outrageous charges to my bank card. I immediately called them and learnd that I had not only been blamed for the broken equipment, I was being charged for the broken equipment. I have never been treated like this and I travel extensively. I have been unsuccessful in getting this issue resolved with management and I have made the decision to tell everyone I know of the thievery this business practices.
