Staples Cooks Corner

I’m rating not the store but their Rewards Program for recycling ink cartridges. I have been recycling ink cartridges for a few years now. Last April Staples went from mailing you the coupon for recycling to posting it on-​line. Somehow I missed that information. Last night I was in this store and the clerk checked my email address because I hadn’t received any coupons. Come to find out that my email address had been entered incorrectly so that for these past 7 months all the cartridges that I had recycled had been credited to a non-​existent email (how many end in .comq? com’on, really?). The store manager apologized and gave me credit for the max this month but for all of you who haven’t checked, make sure your email address has been entered accurately. NOthing that I can do about April-​Nov.
