Absolutely adore this spot. It is the essence of relaxation. The view from the sitting room is beautiful and since it’s a remodeled home it’s no surprise it’s a homey environment. The staff are great at what they do and are so sweet. It is a bit pricey but oh so worth it. Appointment recommended and they offer online booking for convenience.

This spa is simply wonderful. The staff are wonderful. The owner, Mona, is simply terrific at what she does. When I leave I feel refreshed, relaxed. The environment is clean and has a relaxing and classy atmosphere. Everything is done to create the right mood. Prices are reasonable, and the services are provided with skill. I love this place.

Because it’s my favorite spa, and I’m stingy with my favorite places, I wasn’t sure I wanted to review this place on Unilocal or leave it to word of mouth as a hidden gem. BUT since I’ll be leaving southern Maine soon, I’ll add it to my Unilocal reviews, because others do need to know it’s here.(Believe me, though, they don’t need Unilocal to get the word out on their business.) This is a small full service day spa(massages, facial, skin treatments, mani/pedis etc.), and doesn’t offer salon services(no haircuts or coloring). If you want to take a look at their menu of services, its all online at . Their staff is extremely experienced, so these gals know their craft; all of them are state licensed(which is time intensive in Maine), so they when they offer advice, it’s well-worth to heed what they say. Staff bios are also online. The location is in a rehab’ed and remodeled farmhouse overlooking the New Meadows marsh and during the summer it’s nice, cozy and quiet. Because the spa is small, there aren’t a lot of people waiting in the lobby(usually one other person if anyone at all). They ask you to remove your shoes and put on slippers to enter the spa, but don’t fear for your shoes, there is NO crime in this part of Maine, so the shoes will still be there when you leave. They also bring you tea and water on check-in and check-out, and their lobby has chairs you could easy take a nap in. The spa also sells the products it uses(PCA, Environs, Jane Iredale to name a few) so if you fell in love with a new product you can take it home with you. They also have local handmade jewelry for sale. The Downsides: their hours could be a little better for the working stiff, but they do a good job of staggering their hours so that there are a variety of time slots. However, open time slots are VERY hard to come by, as they are extremely popular in this neck of the woods, so book EARLY.(Case in point, in mid-April, the first available facial was in early June.) But if you let them know what you want, they are very accommodating and usually can fit you in or let you know if a time slot opens up unexpectedly. The prices aren’t cheap(for example, an one hour bottom line massage is $ 63) and the products they use are mid-to-high end, so continuing their regimens can be pricy in the long run. For Brunswick and Bath, the location isn’t that easy to get to. It in eastern Brunswick on Old Bath Road, just before you get to the Sagadahoc county line. Old Bath Road often is crowded with traffic in the summer, and the easiest way to make the trek is to exit Hwy 1 at New Meadows Rd, and from New Meadows Road, take a right on Old Bath Road, and cross over the New Meadows River. It will be on your left up a hill. Overall, though, they are an EXCELLENTVALUE: I’ve had massages that were double the price and weren’t half as good, and the facials actually work for a change. They’ll get my return business any day. And say«hi!» to Mona(the owner) if you cross paths with her in the spa.
