I’m giving this business two stars because the garment itself was beautiful and as expected. However, the person we talked to was quite aware of the time constraints we were under and after the item was paid for, she sat on it for two shipping days. Not only that, it was shipped via ground. In other words it was on a train. Therefore it wasn’t received on time and we could not use it. One would think that after paying over $ 900 for a garment, the seller would get it out the door on time.
In addition, she was unwilling to work with us regarding returning the item.
Having the garment we paid for on time would have been great. But, instead the whole situation added unnecessary stress to what should have been a wonderful experience.
