I called them to get a quote on a windshield replacement and the price they quoted me was around $ 500 higher than the one I got from Safelite. No explanation or anything. I asked if they would match their quote and they said they wouldn’t. Looks like they don’t need my business. Ended up hanging up on them and going with Safelite.
Get multiple quotes before you buy from these people or you will pay a LOT more than you should.

Left a glass shelf so Acme (the Washington Street location) could duplicate it using a different glass. I was told I’d be called with a quote. Three weeks go by… no call. I stopped in and discovered my shelf still sitting on the counter. It hadn’t been touched. My name and phone number were taped to the glass, and no one had bothered to check on what was supposed to be done, no one called to ask… nothing. Their reaction? «I wondered about that.» Breathtakingly bad customer service. I can’t speak to the quality of their product because they couldn’t be bothered to provide me one.
