Air Control

S o fat so good. Very profesdiobal, timely, and knowledgable. I’ve had my system diagnosed several times because the quotes had such a wide variation in $. These guys were the second to the lowest but, the best of all. They actually showed and told me the cause and effect of each problem. Not only did this show me how to prevent future problems but, it allowed me to see how the problem was exaggerated by other companies. They also prevented me from buying a system that would be obsolete in a couple of years. Barker were the only company that had mentioned that before. This is just from our initial appointment on a SUNDAY afternoon. No taking off from work for me. The install isn’t complete yet but I will update my review with quality of product.

I just got my A/​C problem this morning .I called all over Bryan they acted they are the only one. I am happy to find Air Control… William came out on time and get it done in 2 hours and the price is reasonable too .call William 760 583 8532

I recommend Air Control very highly to anyone needing AC service and repair! These guys are awesome!!!
We have a rather temperamental drainage system for our main AC unit in our house, which was leaking from the attic into a bedroom closet and bathroom downstairs. We noticed the leak Saturday night, and Sunday morning I started to research AC repair technicians online, thinking nobody would be available until Monday. To my surprise, not only did Air Control have great reviews on Google, but they were open Sundays! I called immediately, Chris answered right away, and within less than 45 minutes he was at our house to begin repairs! I was amazed at the expediency and professionalism already.
He and his partner William came to our house, and began diagnosing the problem, which was no easy task for them, as our unit is set up rather oddly (put in by another AC company in B/​CS about 6 years ago who were basically crooks that ripped us off btw). It took a couple hours for them to figure out exactly what was happening and repair it. Chris and William were very thorough and took a lot of care in explaining everything to us, and gave us different options for repairing the issue, helping us to complete everything in the most economical way possible — which was very much appreciated!
After the detailed diagnostic and repair of the main unit, we mentioned that we had a secondary smaller AC unit in our loft which had been broken for quite a long time, and Air Control offered to take a look at it for us with no added diagnostic fees. (This smaller secondary AC unit had been inspected by the other company which I mentioned above, but those other guys tried to con us into getting a whole new system put in for well over 5k.) Chris and William however told us that the smaller unit was still in very good working order, that it didn’t need replacing, but that it just needed more coolant from a small leak. The guys even went out to get us the coolant and a new filter, and they repaired it too same day — for an very reasonable fee!
All of this on a Sunday! It was amazing — real service and great value from friendly, knowledgable, and helpful technicians! My mother said after they left that she hadn’t experienced that level of service and expertise in years from any company — we really couldn’t recommend Air Control more highly. If you are looking for AC repair, these are the guys in the B/​CS to go with, and we will for sure have them back to maintain our heating and cooling systems in the future!

We contacted Chris at Air Control recently when our heater stopped working. We were worried because the weather was so cold and were afraid that it would take days to make an appointment with someone. Chris came over within half an hour and had us back up and running in no time! He took the time to explain everything that was wrong and needed repair and charged a reasonable cost. I’m sure that we will need his services in the summer time and we will definitely be contacting Air Control again. Five stars!
