Delicious kolaches, doughnuts, and breakfast tacos at a great price! Two tacos or kolaches and a drink for five bucks is hard to beat. Friendly service and LOCALLY owned. Hit em up, you’ll be glad you did. Hint: ask for «the works» tacos ;)

Today was the first time I’ve been to this donut shop, although I live around the corner. Unfortunately, I never knew it was there! I didn’t try the donuts, but I ordered some kolaches. They are the best in town without question. The dough is soft, delicious, and perfectly cooked. They are big and unlike other donut shops in town, they are completely stuffed. I didn’t get there early enough or I would have order the boudain kolaches. I have never heard of that, but it sounds delicious.
The people were also very nice.

The best donuts in B/​CS. If I didn’t live in Copperfield, I’d never have known about it — kinda out of the way, but worth it. It used to be called Izzy’s back in the day before the new proprietor bought it. She kept all the recipes. They let their donuts rise much longer than anyone else. They’re always so light… well, for a donut! Try this place and you’ll never darken the door of Shipley’s again.
