Great sales — AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE We purchased several large ticket items from them. One fireplace vent stack was never installed correctly. Finally blew off leaving 6″ hole on my roof. Fireplace Etc didn’t seam to worried about it. Then when pushed said they would «work us in» but had to service builders first. I am sorry I have potential for real damage and you are chasing the $$$. Look at their google reviews ALL BAD They must monitor FB there are no comments. I would never recommend them and advise you to look elsewhere for a fireplace & garage door company.
