I’ve been using Kirks for quiet some time now, about 7 years.
They have always cleaned and pressed my clothes the way they said they would. Never lost anything.
I do think they take a little longer than some places though. For example, I took some clothes in on Friday evening, around 5:30, and they won’t be ready until Monday evening.
