The staff and doctors at this place are very nice and patient. The facility and the general process of how they handle patients is total trash.
They give appointments to about 10 – 15 people for 9 am, which is when the clinic opens. However, the two dentists don’t even show up to work until 9:30 am.
Once they do eventually see you, there’s one big room where they see all patients in beds next to each other. Everyone is getting their teeth cleaned and checked side by side with not even a screen separating the beds for privacy. The service and facilities feel like some government subsidized dentistry where they want to do nothing to upgrade the facility so they can maximize their profits.
I am not sure I’ll go here again. The staff is very nice but the environment is so unappealing. They need to see less patients so they can improve their overall service quality.

Today is the second time I took my kids to this location. At first I was skeptical because usually dental facilities with a lot of branches (franchise maybe?) has bad service. Somehow, I always felt those types of offices were cold and robotic.
This Kool Smiles location did it differently. Although, their waiting room is not as cozy as most private dentals, they do have TV and a nice play scape for children. The receptionist does her work quickly and is very helpful. Their procedures are simple and easy. The staff are friendly and accommodate you.
Most of the places where they take the Medicaid or other cheap insurance are usually very rude and ignorant, this facility does their work with a warm heart and smile. They deserve the name «Kool Smile» :)
I’d like to emphasize the work of Ms. Vanita at the front desk. When I told her my oldest daughter is pursuing a career in dentistry she gave her information on how to take online classes that can help my daughter to start working as Dental Assistance to gain experience while going to school. After finish all these couses, hopefully my daughter can work in the field she’s going towards and even gain a little pocket money.
This type of conversation wouldn’t be happen at a place where the service is cold and robotic. It was beyond great service.
Another plus is that they confirm appointments through email and texts, which is very convenient.
Yes, I’m happy with this facility.

This is absolutely the WORST place you can ever go to have dental work done. The staff is incredibly rude and the dental treatment is not professional at all. The receptionist don’t know they are doing, the dental hygienist attitudes are snobby and one cleaned my teeth and made them worsier than they were before! I HATE this place and will take my service else where. Take my advice, go else where for dental work.
