Found this truck at the Physicians center today. It came highly recommended by the ladies in my doctor’s office. I ordered the Chicken Adobo and I’m eating it now. It’s EXCELLENT! Great flavor – fresh…and I love the veggies! Came with a bottle of water too. People are very nice and delivered food to my truck (in the rain) while I sat in it waiting. I’m looking forward to trying more of their menu!

The number of food trucks in Aggieland is staggering. Finding a new Filipino truck at New Republic Brewing didn’t come as a shock as I had heard rumors that it existed; as the second Filipino food truck in the twin cities after Sugba.
Was dismayed to see that they were out of tacos but was quite pleased with the slider plate. It came with two sliders for $ 5 that was enough for two people actually. The fries were unique with a hot sauce that I could not identify, fresh and hot deep fried to order and I couldn’t stop snacking on them. Great with fresh beer on draft from New Republic. Perfect pairing in fact. Wife ordered the pork belly and what was funny is that it seemed the guy running the truck was happy to see that another Asian person showed up and actually ordered the Asian food. You would have had to have been there.
Food quality, service and price all AAA+++!
The rare food truck scene is just another thing that’s bringing us out to New Republic Brewing at an increasing rate of visits no doubt.
