Clarification: I purchased my home roughly 6 months after Prince had installed the sprinkler system from the previous owner. Which they did not live in the house, as it was a complete re-model job. I was given all the paperwork on the irrigation system for my records. I carefully worded this in my review, so as not to falsely claim I personally had them install the system. The facts are simple: My irrigation system was installed in 2014 by Prince, and since I own the home, it’s my system. But no, I did not hire them. They in fact did not charge me to come out to do an estimate on my re-install job, although they said they would, I just never received a bill… And I don’t remember, nor is it written anywhere on the estimate, them stating I would have to have this job done within a certain window of time in order to be serviced. Apologies for the gender mistake, as the person I spoke to on the phone sounded like a woman. However, being rude and short with customers, repetitively, is most likely the reason they feel compelled to express any negative opinions publicly. Otherwise, a review may not have felt necessary.
