We had been searching for small trailer for several months. We found a 2015 StarCraft AR 14 listed here and I called Rick Ruiz to inquire about the one they had listed. Rick was very helpful on the phone and in person. We also financed the trailer through them and the process was very easy. We wanted to Thank the entire team — Ashley, Rick, Gene and Marcus.
Marcus was amazing! He spent his time patiently walking us through step-​by-​step how to operate the camper and maintain it. We spent about 5 hours with the team and became extremely knowledgeable about the camper we purchased and the little extras that will help the life of the camper.
side note-​I noticed the mirror in the bathroom was crooked and Marcus and he team got right on it and fixed it in minutes.

First off the map is wrong, they are North highway 6 in Robertson county towards Hearne.
I took my Keystone in for bearing service. After I got it back the brakes didn’t work. I took it back to them and they were confused as to why the brakes didn’t work. They said that there wasn’t grease on the brake drums which would explain the brake loss.
After about a month I had a trailer with new brake shoes and hardware, new breakaway switch, new electrical cable and plug, now I have brakes. They still do not work however when you manually slide the controller (it is sending out the signal) and the service department does not understand why.
The service manager Gene is good guy and he did work with me on the final invoice.
Even though it was expensive I know what I have as far as brakes go. I think the person that actually did my brake job was a new employee so with more experience the service should get better.
The service department is extremely busy so my situation may of been unique since they are so busy. The prices inside the store are right in line with everyone else and they do have a good selection of RV’s for sale. I wouldn’t hesitate purchasing a unit from RV Source. Having local dealers is a good thing now. I have been to dealers in both Waller and Katy so these guys are more convenient and they do have good hours of operation.
I gave them three stars because of the brake job experience but as time goes by and I use them more I will update my review, hopefully with a higher star rating.
