By far the worst customer service I have ever received. Nancy lied to me multiple times and was extremely rude. I took her about 20 pieces of clothing to alter, she said it would take 2 weeks and that I needed to pay up front because other customers had dipped out on her before. That’s ridiculous – you don’t pay for an oil change before its done. So, I paid her. And waited and waited and waited. After 2 and a half months of multiple phone calls and stopping by she kept telling me that my clothes were almost done. I finally threw a fit and she said they’d be done and I could pick them up that week. When I arrived she had no idea who I was and then told me my clothes were STILL not finished because she’d been in the Caribbean. She didn’t apologize and just offered me my money back. I said I wanted the job done since I had already paid her $ 1802 months earlier. I left a letter listing all my complaints. She called me on Monday and said she didn’t read the letter and that she wanted me to come pick up my stuff. When I showed up she had one of her friends as her sidekick waiting there for me. She hands me a check. I want cash. She tells me it’s a check or nothing. Then she says I need to take my stuff and leave and that she can’t fix anything I wrote in the letter and that she’s not going to argue. After I leave she and her sidekick FOLLOWMEINTOTHEPARKINGLOT and are arguing with me saying they doesn’t even do alterations(it says alterations on the sign) and that everyone else loves her etc. Childish, terrible customer service. I am beyond appalled at the lying, and the attitude. Also, I looked at my clothes when I got home. They hadn’t even been touched.
