I lived here for all 4 years of my college career at A&M mainly because I wanted to stay away from the loud and obnoxious college crowd that you will find at most«college» apartments. Management: The management is always changing so the service will vary. For the most part, they are attentive and very friendly. I never had any major issues. Maintenance: Maintenance here is very good and will fix almost anything. Sometimes, you have to call the office more than once to remind them of a work order you placed. But for the most part, they come out quickly and will be there ASAP! Apartments: These apartments were built in 2001. The rent has steadily increased over the years, which is expected. That being said — I think the apartments need a face lift on the inside. The appliances are becoming to be a little outdated as well as the flooring. They are very roomy though for the price — I lived in a one bedroom(the smallest one they offer) all throughout my time here and I loved it! My only complaint was that they don’t do a good job of cleaning the apartments when you first arrive. One of mine had a massive amount of dirt and cat toys under the fridge and another apartment was littered with cob webs when I moved in. Over all experience: This isn’t a place that a normal college student would live because it is a little more expensive than most would like to pay. But it is a great place to live and I would highly recommend it to anyone. There are some places for improvement, and I believe that they are working on those areas. It is VERY quiet here and your neighbors will leave you alone. Parking is free and sufficient. The surrounding community is also great — right next to a walking trail. I would recommend Signature Park to anyone.

For the most part I’ve had an average experience. I will update my review once I finish my lease in August.
