Not sure what the other guy’s problem is, but I’ve been going to them for a long time(couple of decades) to have my personally owned commercial radios programmed and they have always accommodated me. I called just prior to going there to make sure someone would be there, then went there right then. That’s all it takes. Anyway, they are usually polite and helpful. Anytime I need to get my Motorola radios reprogrammed, I go there. Haven’t had to go lately as the frequencies I use haven’t changed at all, so I just go whenever I buy a new handheld. Sure beats having to find someone in Houston to program them and then drive there and possibly have to leave the radios and pick them up later.
