We took our 7 year old daughter here after we found out from her school that she needed glasses. My daughter was extremely nervous about the whole process and going in I was worried about how things would go. The optometrist who did the exam, as well as all the staff who helped out, were extremely nice and patient with her. It was a wonderful experience and I will be taking my daughter back for all future eye exams.

Absolutely do not go to this location! If you are looking for a place that caters to you the customer and cares about you then this is not the place to go. My daughters vision correctness is very severe and they weren’t even willing to help her see for two days until her contacts arrived! Rude staff and uncaring Doctor.

Basically, ALL I NEEDED was new contacts. That’s it. I go to this place, they strengthen my prescription and have me buy contacts for that prescription. The new prescription is way too strong, so I need it fixed. It has taken me 3 weeks to get in for an appointment. I get to the appointment — mind you, the appointment I documented in my calendar right after getting off of the phone with them — and they tell me they don’t have me scheduled. The next appointment available is for a week later… because of 1) their mistake with my eye prescription and 2) their scheduling mistake. After this is fixed, never coming back. AH!

Best eye place in town. The whole staff was super professional from the receptionist to the testing tech to the doctor. Most surprising was the lady who helped pick out my new frames. She had an excellent eye for color and style. They took a&m insurance, but the price went a a bit above, so I did have to pay about $ 200 out of pocket. I did get all the extras though. If you can swing it, do go here.

Nickel and dime.
Sure, they tell you they don’t dilate, but then, «Oh, we’ll just analyze the photos of your retina we just took for a hefty fee.» BS. They then charge arm+leg for 6 month supply of contacts. On top of that they’re very slow — waited well over 30 minutes for my first appointment and nearly walked out — I should have!
Avoid this place like the plague. I’ll NEVER return.
