What caught my eye about TCP was the free internet and cable. That was until they wanted to nickel and dime me for everything during the application process. They told me my application couldn’t be approved because of a broke lease with an apartment I lived my freshman year (2011, there were bugs in the floors and our refrigerator didn’t work, so I left after two weeks) I have lived at three different places since then with no problem. When I brought this up to Connor, the person processing my application, he said he was sorry no one explained it to me. He was sorry AFTER they got $ 100 application fee from me…

Make sure you have perfect credit or you will not be qualified and have to get a cosigner. Staff was nice and worked fast for us considering our circumstance! Reason for only 3 stars is because we got denied for our credit since its not perfect, which normally was not a problem at previous places we applied. Need to be a little more lenient when clients clearly have enough income to pay several months of rent upfront!
