I brought in several pairs of shoes for cleaning and repair. I have to say that the customer service was very pleasant and the quality of the work was good. It is slightly unorganized within the store(hence 4⁄5 stars) but for the price and friendly service, I would definitely go back! Thank you!

If I could, I would give this store negative score!!! The WORST shoe repair in the world!!! I I bought a BRANDNEW Christian Louboutin high heels, and I wanna put a sole on them to protect the red sole. I brought my heels to the store and asked him if they could put the shoe sole(which I bought by myself) on the heels. He said, yes, we can do it. A week later, when I picked up my heels, I was sooooo… oooo disappointed!!! The job them did is terrible!!! Okay~ Fine~ I just accepted. However, when I got home and looked close to my heels. THEREARETHREEBIGANDLONGSCRATCHESONMYBRANDNEWHEELS!!! AND the leather are all BROKEN!!! I only found one scratch on the day I got my shoes, and two more I found in today. And it is the reason I have to write a review for Victor’s Shoe & Boot Repair store. Then, same day, I went back to the store, and told him that he broken my shoes. He was not surprise at all. It seems like this store ALWAYS damage customer’s shoes I guess. The end, he just put glue on the scratches. In my opinion, put the shoe soles on the shoes is the easiest job for a shoe repair store, unfortunately, this store CANNOT do it!!! So, if you do not want to have experience like me, DONOTGOTOTHISSTORE.

Worn boots all my life so I have many pairs, never thrown a pair away. Started wearing double stitched Anderson Bean Boots 17 years ago and found only one shop that could do a good job at resoling them in Amarillo. So when I move to Abilene in 2001! kept going back to Amarillo to get boots resoled for the 10 years in Abilene even after switching to the new square toe style five years ago. But after moving here and remembering folks talking about Victors as one of the best boot makers around(Aggie Sr Boots). So I just picked up my Black Anderson Beans from getting new soles and heals and the look brand new! Wish I had a before photo. I’ll be dropping off my black riding heal boots on Monday for new heals. I’d recommend Victors over anyone in the Brazos Valley! Oh, don’t let the old building and blast from the past interior scare you away(my eight year old loves going I the store to look at the history)! Be prepared to prepay when you drop off and they usually take two-four weeks depending on what you are getting done, but it is worth it, he does among work and you will be very pleased with the craftsmanship!
