I ordered a bouquet via referral from a very good flower shop in my city. At there recommendation, I called Bryant flowers and home to order a bouquet for delivery in Bryant. I took the picture into the referring flower shop and they were dismayed at the quality of the designed arrangement.
I will attach pics of what I ordered and what the person received. I was told the flowers cost the same though not what I ordered. I requested and receives full refund. Will not order from them again.
If I find a way to add pictures I will.

I will never use Flowers & Home again nor will I recommend them to my friends and family. I was very disappointed with their service.
It was my 25^th wedding anniversary and my husband and I were renewing our vows. I ordered my bouquet from them since I wanted it to be special. I ordered ivory roses with bling stuff put on it and paid for it upfront in full. The day of our wedding, we stopped by the store to pick up my bouquet and I was shocked to see that the store had closed for the day — at 3 pm! We were not informed at all that they were closing at 3 pm. Not even a follow-​up phone call that they were closing early and for me to come pick it up sooner. I was in panic! didn’t know where to go and where to purchase my flowers half hour before the ceremonies! We ended up going to Walmart and purchased anything that’s left (most were wilted). Needless to say, the flowers did not match my bridesmaids flowers.
My husband and I went to the store the following Monday as we wanted to talk to the owner and to get an explanation as to why it happened. We’re not the type who would make a big scene — we just wanted to know. We were told by one of the workers that the owner went home early due to an illness. We spoke to the florist and she told us that she didn’t see any ticket so she didn’t think that there was one arrangement left for that day for pick up. The daughter called the owner and I could hear her asking the owner if he wanted to speak with us but no, he didn’t even want to be bothered and asked her to just process the refund. Very unprofessional! Not even a personal apology! They asked if I wanted to bring the bouquet home. I thought that was funny!
My wedding was supposed to be a perfect day — the weather was perfect, my dress was perfect — everything was perfect except for my bouquet.
I will never use this florist in my lifetime nor will I recommend them to anyone! My hairdresses mentioned that they provide flowers for her shop and she said she may just change her florist now.
