Love taking my pets here. They always do a good job! And the prices are great

I would discourage and beg a pet owner not to take their furry and loved pet to this grooming business. The owner Kim is very rude and hits the dogs when they don’t position as she wants them to be during «holding» or «grooming». I spoke to her limited staff and they are instructed to do the same in order to keep business flowing as they don’t have «time» to be nice & «get to know» the pet.
The turnover rate is very high here and I will be reporting them to the BBB.
