Andrew is absolutely phenomenal! My first experience with Andrew was unintentional. I am a cardio fitness instructor and had broken a toe and was in a lot of pain. Andrew was meeting a client at the studio I work at and noticed my propped up foot. He offered to take a look and after just a few minutes of massage my bruising had improved significantly and some of my pain had subsided.
I’ve had several sessions with Andrew since and each time I am blown away by his ability to identify and relieve deep aches and pains. He explains what he’s doing (if you’re interested) and offers real life applications and advice to improve tightness etc. I have walked away from every session not only feeling so much better physically, but feeling inspired to take charge of my health and improve the functionality of my body.
Andrew is bodywork on another level. I came from a place of Swedish massages and this is a completely difference experience, but SO effective. As an extremely active person who is hard on my body I feel so fortunate to have Andrew as a resource. He is so kind, so knowledgeable and will know your body better than you do 5 minutes in to your first session!
