This location’s products are fine — when they actually get around to waiting on you. Employees here just tend to ignore the customers until their own conversations are over. This is the fourth time I’ve been the only person in line and waited for 5 minutes before being spoken to.

The initial bliss of having the DD blocks from my house has passed. It’s still nice to be able to walk down the street and get a cup of Joe or a quick breakfast sandwich in a pinch, but overall it’s just another Dunkin Donuts and is A-OK. Limited bar seating inside, the place can get packed at peak times. I have found this location often closes before closing time (10:00). The gas station is fully functional, they sell lotto tickets and the donuts and coffee are what you would expect. I do not think they make the donuts here, but will ask next time I’m there. Staff is friendly and competent at this location.

This Dunkin Donuts is seriously efficient! After work, I ordered a coffee and they already had it ready before I could walk over to the pick up area! It was also the correct order. I love Dunkin coffee because the cream makes it taste so good. I have been here once before and I was pleasantly surprised that they put cream cheese on my bagel, instead of on the side. I don’t know why some locations in Philly put it on the side.
If this location wasn’t out of the way I’d come here all the time.
There isn’t a drive thru, which since this was built not to long ago, doesn’t make sense. The location obviously doesn’t fit one, but it would have been more convenient.

it’s 9:15 on a Saturday. they are supposed to close at 10 every night. lights are off, food thrown out, staff clearly unhappy they’re there. sorry, but if you’re supposed to close at 10, then you start the closing process at 9:30, not 9. only reason people are going here is because it’s really the only close one on this part of the main line. hopefully the franchisee will realize this kind of stuff, along with how much money he is potentially losing by hiring these people, and change things. otherwise, I’m going elsewhere.
