I was referred to Gary for a simple install — a sub and amp into my car. After going back and forth on using my equipment or his, I decided to buy my own sub. He delayed the install, lying about how his only installer was sick. Then he lied again, saying he fired his installer and delayed again. Every time I would get on the phone with him, he would pull some BS sales tactic stating he was with a client or finding a way to rush me off the phone. After dropping the car off in the morning and letting Gary know that I purchased my own sub(directly from the sub company’s website), he called me after I dropped off the car and left and decided that he didn’t want my business. What a piece of garbage and a waste of life. Because I decided to buy my own equipment, he felt he wasn’t making enough money on the deal for just the install and I wasn’t going to buy his overpriced equipment in his own inventory. The only reason why he has been in business for so long is because he has a client base that couldn’t care less about the costs. After the unprofessionalism, the lies and way you treated a possible client, maybe it’s time to retire.

Goodmans gave me an amazingly easy experience at a very reasonable price. Besides being so accommodating, all of the people who work here are incredibly nice and personable. They really want you to be happy with what you get. I suggest going to the store and testing the systems with them and they will guide you to make the best purchase for you. There main installer has over 30 years experience in the business, and has worked on all type of cars, including is the suggest installer by the Ferrari dealership down the street. These people are very knowledgable. Source: spoke to them while waiting for my car
