There are companies and there are companies… and then there is that one family oriented business who looks out for the little guy or gal.
And that’s my story – all by myself – alone in the country and my furnace breaks on a cold winter nite – nobody to turn to, but the yellow pages and what a find… All Pro Services who called me back immediately, showed up immediately, repaired my furnace immediately and gave me first aid of heart, kindness and human spirit.
Honored every word they spoke. They promised me efficient heat, efficient service & honest prices.
They just didn’t follow thru – they followed up and they wanted to make sure I was warm – thus healthy and safe.
Leslie – who answers the phone & runs the show top to bottom – you are better than lotto. You are a real person – so kind – and a true professional thru and thru.

This is a terrible company, stay far, far away!
Not only is the lady who answers the phone very rude, but the technician they send out are even worse. Poor service, very uncomfortable to have in your home, rude, and just an overall bad experience. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
Also, if you make an appointment and later call to cancel (with 5 days notice of cancellation), plan on having them still show up at your home, demand payment, and not leave your property until you give them some form of payment.
