McCarty Well Drilling

Great service, polite, professional.
I called McCarty on the recommendation from one of our neighbors, after a bad experience with another well drilling company, and the well water at my house was still having problems. The well water in my house was turning off periodically throughout the day for a few minutes, then coming back on. This problem was becoming more frequent and each «water off» period started to last longer. We tried to get service for our well water from the company that installed the well pump, but they gave us such a hard time, and ended up doing nothing, so we called McCarty.
The McCarty service/​repair men were very polite and courteous on the phone, as I detailed our problem and asked if they can come service our well sometime soon. The guy I talked to (Dale) said they could come within the same day!
Once the repairmen came to my house, they took care to not spread snow throughout the house by either taking off their snow boots or covering the shoes in plastic bags. Very nice touch there!
When we showed the repairmen our water tank, they spent some time actually looking at it (the pipes, fittings, etc.), as opposed to the other well drilling company repairmen just glancing at the tank and writing it off.
The McCarty repairmen managed to fix our well water problem within the hour, and did so in a professional manner. I especially liked how they tried to fix any minor problems, assuring us that if they could save us money by not having to do large costly items, they would. It’s always nice when your service/​repair men don’t try to rip you off. ;)
