Alliance Urgent Care

This is actually pretty amazing for me to write a positive review of an urgent care. I have always had a bad attitude about them. I decided to try this one awhile ago with my son. They were so helpful. Another time, when my husband was too sick for urgent care, they did not accept a co-​pay and referred us to emergency. They gave us the option of what we felt was best.
I have only had quality care at this urgent care center. The office person has always been pleasant and helpful, and the medical personnel have been professional and provided quality medical care. The doctor is knowledgeable and helpful. She presents a caring attitude. I feel that she listened to my concerns.
Thanks Alliance for making me feel comfortable and cared for. I am a very picky medical person.

Greeted by a friendly receptionist. Got right in, it was less than ten minutes before they were taking my vitals and putting me in a room.
Dr Shukla came in right away and was able to assess what was wrong. She gave me a breathing treatment and sent me home with prescriptions.
Excellent service, very efficient and friendly.

I would give this place zero stars if possible. Front desk staff very rude and unprofessional. Dirty. Long wait.

Horrible place, I will never go back, yes I got right in, approached by a nice front desk person, but the old woman did not even take my daughter temp, the PA did not order an xray when she clearly was hacking up a lung. He recommend me to follow up with a cardiologist. He gives us steroids and antibiotics which does nothing, if what she has is viral. At the point it could had been viral. Hello! She gets worse, took her to Banner Thunderbird Children’s best place, xray done, lungs full of pneumonia, changed her antibiotics to a stronger one 5 days later she can walk and the coughing stops. PA needs his license revoked, and the MA there needs to spend time with her grandchildren. Never will go back or recommend!

Got right in! And as I read the reviews, I can see why!
The doc was able to fix me right up and get me on my way! Super fast and super efficient and it did the trick! So I cannot complain!
Greeted at the desk as soon as I walked in. Was able to make an appointment online and they called back within 10 minutes.

This place is the worst. Why do I keep going here? (Because it’s the closest to my house). Dr. Nemechek is good with kids, but I don’t trust his medical opinion at all. I should write a review for every bad experience I’ve had there, but I’ll stick with the most recent.
My daughter split her chin open and needed stitches. The doctor there said they couldn’t do it because they only had lidocaine and not the numbing gel. So after calling around we ended up at the Alliance Urgent Care on Roosevelt St in Goodyear. They also just had the shot and not the gel, but managed perfectly well and will get a 5 star rating from me.
Lesson learned, I’ll drive a bit further from now on for better service.

Poor service, 1099 docs that don’t care about anything other then when their shift ends

This place is a joke. My son fell hard on a tile floor and thunked his head leaving a huge goose egg. I drove him here immediately and a rude receptionist basically ran me off saying that they couldn’t help us. I had to pay a $ 200 copay to take him the emergency room, turned out he just needed an icepack. Don’t bother with this place, they don’t want to bother with anyone either.

After many emails and phone calls, the office manager Rose finally called me on 3÷27÷14. She stated that a doctor would be reviewing the case and calling me within a few days. Once again, true to form I never received a call back! I have called her a few times each week since then, (it has now been over one month) leaving messages and still have come to no resolution. She called me once when I was at work and asked me to call at my convenience. I returned the call on my lunch and once again no answer, that was over a week ago. She is never in the office when you call and also never answers her cell phone. I filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes for a resolution. Truly horrible business practices, lack of care and poor management skills.

It may say its an urgent care but there is nothing urgent about it. I wish I would have made the extra 10 minutes to Nextcare. There weren’t many patients yet we waited at least an hour to be taken back. There, we continued to wait an hour longer. In total, it took 2 ½ hours. It is not worth going to. I do not recommend.

Horrible. Completely unjust. They do not take any responsibility for their worker’s mistakes. I am now looking for a lawyer.
