I love this facility! I have been going to this location or the Goodyear location for 2 years, I have NEVER had to wait. The staff is excellent and Dr. Pyle is awesome.

Absolute joke of a clinic don’t even attempt to see a doctor at this facility. You can’t get a doctor unless you book 4 weeks out. I think the doctors have more days vacation days then working days in a calendar year. The front office staff is very rude over the phone when you’re attempting to get A sick child or spouse into their facility. Use your insurance at a provider office that actually cares about you as a patient.

Horrible. The facility is very nice, but everything else about this place is a disaster. Tried to call and make an appointment. On hold for 10 minutes. Finally get an appointment, show up the 15 minutes before and then I don’t see the doctor until 35 minutes after my appointment time. The place is so inefficient. Despite the fact that it’s local and convenient, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Great medical office with great staff!
As a fist time mom, of twins, I have a lot of questions for a lot of concerns. Dr. Mark Pyle and his staff have been helpful every time. They answer questions, take the time to work with you and make themselves available. When I call with a concern, I’ve been able to talk to the doctor every time.
I am so impressed with their level of care and customer service. My husband and I will be switching to see the family practice doctor there, and leaving IMS.
