We were referred to Green Air by our warranty company(Sonoran Air) and the technician drove to North Phoenix the day of the call. I was quoted $ 75 for a diagnostic on the unit not working and $ 65 for a maintenance check on my second unit. I was informed that a technician would arrive between 2−4pm and call prior to arrival. I was called at 2:20 by Michael informing me that he would be arriving within the next 30 – 40 minutes; 29 minutes later he was at my house. Michael was thorough, informative, and polite. He diagnosed the issue(dual capacitor) and gave me a quote on cost for labor(part was covered under warranty). During the maintenance check he rinsed the unit, checked parts in the attic, and gave me a record sheet of diagnostics. I was very pleased with the service!

I have a 4 year old home and the home warranty expired last year. One of the A/C units broke down and has a 5 year manufacturers warranty so I called the manufacturer and got 5 names of companies to call. The first three came out and were ready to fix it’”but it will be awhile”. they did not want to go «That Route». In 102deg some might feel they are being held up by gun point. They wanted $ 600, I said no, they left. I did write to the manufacturer informing them of their refusal to honor the warranty. But, I refuse to trash a business because they hired idiots so I won’t. I called Green Air Solutions, they came out, fixed it as warranty states and were happy they could help. Very professional A+ service.
