We were changing from AT&T to T-Mobile because we needed unlimited data and the price was right. Come to find out their data in Buckeye is horrendous. 10 times slower than AT&T. So we took everything back an hour later to be met with rude associates. They also charged us $ 50 restocking fee for the phone and $ 50 fee for the free tablet they gave us. So with tax we were paying $ 113 for a phone that was promised to have good LTE coverage in this area and that we had a total of 1 hour. Talked to the supervisor who was rude, argumentative and accusative. I should have read the reviews before ever attempting to swap phones with TMobile. If I had I would have seen how bad the customer service was and how horrible the data service is! Never again will I ever deal with T-Mobile no matter what the cost. I will make sure my friends also here about the experience I had with them.

I just walked out of this t mobile location in frustration after waiting 15 minutes to be acknowledged by four employees who were doing absolutely nothing! I’m a pretty patient person but there were five employees working — one was helping another customer and the other four??? The two male employees were very engaged with something on a computer screen(could have been work related, I guess although I was taught that customers outrank other work), but the two females were just talking gossip ! Not one of the five even acknowledged my presence with a ‘hi’ or ‘we ll be with you as soon as we can’! I stood there totally invisible to them to the point of awkwardness! I guess I wont be switching to t mobile… I only selected one star because you cant select zero… One would think that with a ratio of five employees to two customers, the service shoud be pretty good… I’d hate to see what it looks like when they’re busy! Seriously?
