2 screaming toddlers were riding tricycles around the deli during my visit. The staff was grumpy, probably weary of the chaos. My sandwich was fine. I ate in my car.

Ask a question and they seem angry. Food is decent for a deli, but little customer service.

Not sure what the hell they are thinking. They are in a primo location/high dollar area and they are rude and the place is not clean at all… i never see anyone in there, but I figured let me stop in. I was in the mod for a bagel. I walked in to see two little kids running around with dirty cloths and diapers. Really? WTH? the people at the counter hardly looked up at you and it was as if i was troubling them by walking in… Are they run by the mob and they just need to launder money? How do they stay in business? They are in the prestigious Buckingham Green shopping center, but you could not tell by the way the store was run or the inside appearance. I would be ashamed if this were my store. Clean it up guys. We are supposed to eat there!!! What a shame, because if it were run correctly, they would make a killing! Food was decent btw… but you have to look past everything else. i am not willing to, but maybe you are?
