Purchased a number of parts from online store. After a shipping mishap (parts delayed ~2 weeks) I finally receive the parts, which I drop off with my mechanic. Turns out the radiator is busted, and since it is out of the 30 day refund window (surprise surprise since they messed up the shipping and I didn’t get it for a month) I have to wait for them to send out a different (possibly also broken) replacement, instead of my mechanic finding a local one quickly. Luckily the man on the phone said that he would overnight it, to be here in 2 days. Call back the next day, no order was placed, apparently they «don’t do next day air shipping» and now I’m stuck waiting even longer for another radiator that may or may not work. With the time this has taken, I feel taken advantage of. Don’t go anywhere near this place.
Poor quality of parts, poor turnaround time, and poor and misleading customer service. Too bad there isn’t a 0 stars rating. Why bother when there are other options?

I purchased a radiator from this company and it ended up being cracked. Had it installed and water poured out of the side. The radiator was a core return or something because the box had been re-​taped and no packing or paper work!!! I returned the part in the box and was told I would receive my refund to my credit card with in 24 to 48 hours… DIDN’T HAPPEN!!! I went back to the shop and after some run around they said they would mail me a check and it could take up to 10 days!!! Ok, so now two weeks go by and NO CHECK… I once again go to the shop and now they tell me my return was deleted because they can’t find the part after a month!!! Now I get to wait and see if they can figure it out and wait for my refund!!! I don’t have a $ 175.00 to just throw away do to their incompetent employees!!! STAY AWAY!!!
