I recently had heavenly scent out to clean my house. the whole process was wonderful. A week ago they came out to give an estimate. they offered all of their services and gave prices accordingly. The lady was very conscientious of any special needs that we had such as cleaning products ect. Fast forward a week and two clean and pleasant ladies show up to clam my house. They first take a tour and see what they have to work with and then begin the clean. They were quiet and kept to themselves. I was able to work in my office three whole time undisturbed. They did a great job! the house of super clean where they cleaned. There lies the only reason that they didn’t get 5 stars. They ran out of time and had to stop before they were finished with the basement. However, they assured me that they would build in more time next time. Over all I am very happy with my service and happy with the price.

My husband and I had used HeavenlyScent Cleaning for several years but recently«threw in the towel» after household items were damaged on three separate occasions. In instance #1, they broke a collectible and dog bowl stating the person cleaning had«bumped» the collectible into the dog bowl on the floor when both were placed there while cleaning the bookcase where the collectible was placed for display. Karen, the owner of HeavenlyScent, said her housecleaner told her the collectible was«already cracked» It was not as the item was a cherished possession in a house with adults and no children. We knew who had cleaned that day as the company has a policy that they leave a sheet describing the work done, and what was done during the cleaning. The note indicated an incident with the collectible and the bowl, but after much negotiation, the owner finally did agree to pay to replace the(then retired) collectible and ceramic pottery dog bowl(an original piece). Instance #2 involved an olive oil decanter in the kitchen. When we arrived home, the sterling silver decorative plate that had been affixed to the decanter. My husband and I decided not to call, but made mental note of incident. Two weeks ago, we came home on cleaning day to find all the window blinds open. Our instructions to HeavenlyScent have been to close after cleaning. There was no note stating who had cleaned that day. As we closed the blinds, we noticed that one of the pulley strings did not have the cord attached properly and the piece holding the cord popped off. The next day, my husband placed a call to HeavenlyScent and left a message about the incident. His call was not returned. He then sent the owner an e-mail outlining the issue and asked who had been in our house that day cleaning. He did not receive a response to his e-mail. The next day, he phoned again and left a message, and his second call was never returned. This week the repairman came to fix the cord on the blind and he indicated to my husband that the kind of damage present would have been caused by someone pulling very hard on the cord. He said this type of damage was«not easy to do». The same day, my husband called the owner of HeavenlyScent and left a message that there services were no longer needed and to please return our house key. The key arrived in the mail today from HeavenlyScent. So… apparently their voice mail system does work. We are now free of a «Christian» cleaning service that spins the truth, does not accept responsibility for damage, hides the truth, and provides lousy customer service.
