Our shower knob started to require Herculean strength to shut off the water. We figured too much of that power on the knob would soon burst something. From my limited knowledge of plumbing, I figured that the cartridge needed to be replaced. Looking up that repair required the use of specialized parts and tools that would cost over $ 100 in and of itself. Tools that only had one use at that, replacing cartridges.
I called Jess and we had a nice chat on the phone where he ballparked a figure for me. That’s a nice change from many companies that have to come out before quoting any kind of price.
Jess came to our place on the agreed-upon timeframe, fixed several problems with the shower in addition to the cartridge in an hour’s time. and at a reasonable price. Jess is definitely our new plumber.

My family and I had just moved into a new house, and had to install a cold water line to our new fridge, as well as repair a minor issue with a leaky valve to the outside water spout. I had called Jess on Monday morning, and he was able to squeeze us in last minute the same day.

Jess responded to my message promptly on a Saturday morning to repair a pinhole leak in basement. He was very pleasant, and went right to work. In addition to repairing the leak he also repaired a leaking toilet he noticed. Hands down, best service, fair pricing and highly recommended!

Jess to the rescue! I had a leak from a faulty water line in my bathroom sink and needed to get someone over right away to fix it since it was leaking through to the floor beneath. JKM plumbing was able to make it to my house within the hour compared to some of the other places I called which said they could make it in a day or two. After all troubleshooting my main issue he was kind of enough to take a look at a few other issues I had. I would highly recommend JKM and as a new homeowner, I am glad that I found my go to plumber on my first try.

Probably one of the most pleasant service folks I’ve ever spoken to. Realized the toilet was leaking from underneath around 3pm, I’d sent out a quote request from some online service. He called back within a few minutes and provided an estimate over the phone which the other companies I spoke to had to be beaten up for even a remote estimate. He was at my house by 4pm replacing the seal, also swapped out the innards to the toilet because we were looking to do it anyways. I watched the entire time as I’d never seen it done before and he took a lot of care to make sure everything was done right and cleaned properly before putting it back together. He was finished in about an hour and a half at a very reasonable price!

JKM Plumbing rocks!!! My husband was away on business and we had a minor issue with our kitchen sink. My husband told me it’s an easy fix and that he could talk me through how to fix it. To make a long story short, I didn’t fix it I made it worse. I ended up breaking the pipe under the sink and needed a plumber fast. I will go with these guys again for any of my plumbing issues. They were fast and efficient and the owner made me feel at ease for basically being an idiot. Thanks again.

We’ve used JKM Plumbing for several jobs needing professional work done. They did a great job for a great price in great time! I would highly recommend them to anyone. He works extremely quick to fix your plumbing problem, but takes the time to explain what he did and how to prevent it from happening in the future. The best plumber we’ve ever used!
