This place is awesome! We purchased tile for our kitchen here a while back and were very happy with what we got and the service. We get lots of compliments on our tile floor. Today we went back to choose tile for our bathroom. The employees were very helpful and enthusiastic about helping us choose what we want and making it look great. Their selection is top notch too!

DON’T GO HERE! … RIP OFF! … these people like to argue with their customers! instead of getting the problem resolved! It’s not much cheaper than home depot or Lowe’s… and on top of that they want to charge you to get it delivered to their store! How do we know the item ain’t already in their store? I would give this place a zero star if it was an option!
So if you want to get ripped off and catch a case with these people (sarcasm) Don’t think twice and get your tile at Dollar tile!

This place is absolutely the worst place I’ve ever done business — the shady owner and his ex-con employees are too much. The owner guaranteed me delivery, then when it didn’t show, and I was understandably upset, he literally said to me, «I don’t care about your order» … WOW. from the mouth of a business owner.

Not really sure why these guys catch such a bad rep. I certainly can see how they may come off a little «different». They make sure you know they have great, high quality selection and they sure do.
My original tile order was delayed because it was discontinued, but they ordered a better, commercial grade replacement at no extra charge. I am extremely satisfied with my order and the service. It was pretty painless, other than swiping my credit card.
They have some very high quality product and also some great, great selection. Its a definite stop for anyone making a tile run!

Yes, a large selection of inventory, but very, very poor customer service for various reasons. Buyer beware! DT can be useful for hard to find tiles.
