Wanted to post a review as a stylist here I want to apologize for the way you were treated also to say the stylist who did that no longer works here I was not working here when that happened but we strive to make our customers feel wanted and welcome. …-stacia

This place is horrible. They made my little boy uncomfortable because they were busy and obviously annoyed by it. The stylist was rough with my little boy and hurt him. I was about to stop her completely because she was so aggressive. Then they tell us because someone checked in online and decided to show up an hour after she checked in they were bumping us for my second son even though we had been waiting for an hour checked in. Gladly after I saw my other kid’s neck. One of the kids that was working the front desk was rolling her eyes at me and proceeded to be a smart ass by laughing at us. This place makes you feel like you’re in the rough part of town they give you dirty looks and make you feel uncomfortable. They didn’t apologize once for hurting my kid! Great clips in Dripping Springs has always been great and never bumped us after we have been waiting. And I’m not really sure who thinks hurting a kid is a funny review but I can only guess it’s one of the employees who expected me to report them.
