Kyle Chapman Motors

I purchased my 2007 Nissan sentra in September of 2014 at the location in Austin, Jose, the sales rep was extemely nice and helpful. I have not so good credit and he definitely helped me out with what I thought was a good car. The very next day the vehicle started falling apart as if they had just glued everything together with Elmers glue. From the air conditioning to the glove compartment, everything was just breaking. I purchased the car for 10,000 with everything working. It was definitely not worth 10,000 dollars. I had to replace the windshield wipers, visors, glove box and all the other small compartments in the car. I took the car back a couple days later to the Buda location and spoke with Gil stating that the air was not working. They put freon (excuse my spelling) in the car and sent me on my way. The very next day it wasn’t working AGAIN so, I took the car back and once again they just put freon in the vehicle, lied to me and said they replaced hoses and sent me on my way. I returned a total of 5 times due to the air not working. Gil was absolutely no help, he just lied to me everytime I went in there saying he fixed it when all they kept doing was pouring freon in the car to make it cold for another couple hours, the last time they had it, they kept it for 7 days and did not call me not once for an updated, keep in mind they do not give you a car while their working on yours so I was car less for 7 days. I finally got my car back yesterday and they said the problem was fixed. AND THEY CHARGED ME! Who does that??? They sold me a messed up car at full price and made me pay for things that I didn’t do! They also said if it breaks again that they are not going to replace the air conditioning because it will cost them too much but, I bought the car with what was supposed to be a working air conditioning! If I can give this dealership negative stars I would! Their are plenty of BETTER dealerships out there, don’t waste your time with kyle chapman motors! Total rip off! It’s a lot full of polished turds.
