The Yellow Sweater

Wow, I can’t believe how awful the service is. I had never been here, but was looking for some specific buttons. Someone told me that this place might have them, so I called. The owner answered on her cell phone (the number that was listed on here had been disconnected). She text me pics of the buttons to make sure that they are the ones I was looking for. I was so excited. She said that she would just send them out to me and that I could just mail her a check. So I held up my end of the bargain. I sent out the check. That was almost 2 months ago, and I have not heard back from her.
I have tried calling multiple times, and she keep ignoring my calls. Do not shop here! They are not trustworthy at all.
I mean if you can’t mail the buttons at least have the courtesy to answer your phone and tell the customer what is going on.

The owner of the store was hardly helpful as I was trying to pick needles and yarn for my daughter. She didn’t even come out from behind the counter after she said we’d need a worsted weight yarn for the needles we’d chosen. When I asked where those were, I had to rely on my eight year old (who does actually know more than I do about that craft) to find the correct yarn.
Thanks NONE, lady. I’m not coming back.

The Yellow Sweater is great! I loved that they carried the Denise Interchangeable Knitting Needles, and that they’re close to me in San Marcos. The woman who was working (owner) was very helpful in helping me look at yarns and told me about lots of cool classes they have. I wish the store was a bit bigger, but I really like the place and will definitely go back!
