If I could give negative stars I would. This location does not exist. And no one at TWC knows this apparently. FRUSTRATING!!! Do not waste your time trying to find this non existent location.

I’ve tried to be patient with TWC. My wife and I are paying monthly for the 25−50mbps internet. When it works it’s great. Every day, mostly at night for numerous hours it will always go down to .5mbps for hours on end. One day it stayed at that speed for over 24hrs straight. Yesterday they sent a technician out who found numerous problems with our setup. He said it should work great. That night and tonight it is yet again at .5mbp. Not great service. Had to wait a week for a technician to even make it to my house. I would def recommend another internet company at this point.
