Extremely friendly staff, perfect amount of equipment, clean, location is great, and its open 24 hours! Wayne is one of the few gym owners that gets really involved with his clients and tries to make everyone happy and healthy. If you are looking for a gym in the area (off route 46), are looking to get in shape (they have trainers), or just need some motivation (super friendly members) definitely give 24 hour gym a try!

I go here just about every day to keep myself from turning into a pile of mush and it works. it’s not the cheapest place in town (since it’s not a franchise like other facilities, this is understandable), but I’m happy to pay the premium for the prime location (for me, at least), accessibility (24 hours) and non-​intimidating setting.
The staff is fantastic and friendly and no matter what you do there (I’m more of a runner/​elliptical guy than weights), they’re always supportive and encouraging.
Additionally, the place is clean (the staff always seems to be on their toes vacuuming, wiping down equipment, etc.), smells fresh and equipment is well-​maintained and very, very rarely suffers a breakdown.
