During a heatwave my air conditioner stopped working. I have a baby and a toddler and it was unbearable. I was referred to Allen Air and I am so happy I was! Jeff was really busy because of the heatwave, but came out after hours and fixed our air conditioning. I am so grateful he helped us. He was friendly and professional, and is ethical and had fair prices. I highly recommend his business.

Jeff and his small crew installed a forced air heater and replaced all the ducting in our attic. The job took them less than 7 hours.
My wife was very concerned about the cleanliness of our house during the entire process. He reassured her that everything would be clean. Large cloths were laid on the floor under the hatch and along the entire walkway to the door. All old ducts were bagged in the attic before they were transported to the truck.
Jeff’s pricing was competitive and beat another estimate by a popular HVAC contractor on Unilocal.Jeff is a nice guy and easy to talk to. No agressive sales tactics here. We will surely be calling him back for HVAC work in our back house.
