didnt really like the service here because the workers seemed to be rushing us and made it seem as if we were taking up their time … also i had asked the lady how much the largest ice cream size costs & she said around 6 dollars but when i was being rung up it was 9 dollars & all i got was ice cream with cookie dough in it. Thats it. oh & whipped cream on top. i know the prices are usually kind of high, but i think the girl should have been honest, stopped rushing, & just told me the actual price. i know they have to be quick, but we were literally the only people in there when this happened. probably never going back.

I’ve been to many cold stone locations, but this was one on a different level. Our helper Daniela was kind from the moment we walked in and she made ice cream with a smile. I don’t like this cold stone. I love it. Will definitely be back.

Cold stones is one of my favorite go to places for ice cream because they mix up different toppings into the ice cream flavor that you like. Unlike going to Baskin Robbins or other overpriced ice cream places, you are getting something different than what you can get at the grocery store for a whole lot less.
I usually like to get the strawberry banana rendezvous and substitute the white chocolate chips with cheesecake bites. You can pretty much substitute any of the toppings in their specialties without extra charges so it’s pretty good.
This location used to be open a long time ago. They closed it for a few years, and now it’s open again. the service is pretty fast but not over the top great like it used to be. Bring back the singing ice cream makers and I just might increase my rating! ;)

Would have been 4 or 5 stars. Dont get me wrong, the customer service was great. However, every time I pay, I usually pay with a debit card and Ive never been carded until last night. This asian dude he seemed cool at first until I handed him my debit card and asked me for my ID card. He must have been new because you only card someone if they’re using CREDIT cards.

Staff is super friendly! The place is clean and they gave me a coupon for my next purchase.
