The staff is always very nice. They rarely have the games I’m looking for pre-​owned. Also, they should sell snacks and soda. Make it kind of Blockbuster-​esc.

I’ve been going to this gamestop for two years now and I gotta say i’m still a fan of this place. I really like how organized everything is from the new and pre owned games as well as some wii games. I really wish that they can sell the bundles that they do for the online websites, but it is what it is sadly.

Worst customer service. They rarely answer the phone only to put me on hold and never come back to it. They are rude and make the customer feel stupid when i know more than most people that work there know. I will be taking all my reservations off today and taking my business to best buy.

The store itself is good. Clean and always have the selection my son needs. Today the service was not up to par. My son was waiting in line while others were shopping around. It was his turn and the cashier Steven made him go back in line because he stated there were others in front of him. No one was in line… They were shopping. So then he called the other adults and made my son go back in line. The line here is very obvious surrounded by boxes and arrows on the floor. Unless the rules change for Sunday’s I’m not sure what he was trying to do.

now i’m not a gamer, but my boyfriend is. this place was a tiny thing but i guess most gamestop stores are. the people here were friendly and they were able to help us right away. the only thing that was lacking was they didn’t have that much variety for xbox 360. besides that it was a pleasant experience!

great service at this location. the cashier girl was very friendly and very helpful in selecting a game for the kinect. they seemed to have a good stock of games and they were more than willing to help you find something not in the store at another store. this one never usually gets crowded either.

Wish they had more selection. But overall, great customer service and decent pricing. I go here for new and used Wii games. I also bought my console here. Employees are always helpful and if they don’t have an answer they look for it somehow, someway. :-)
